Job summary

CACI is seeking a strategic Lead Engineer - Platform to shape the DHS OIG AI platform, enterprise data infrastructure, and cloud solutions that enable federal oversight missions.

You will design integration patterns between Azure Government and Azure Commercial environments, set security controls, and drive platform-level decisions with cross‑functional teams and government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable capabilities for national impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive cloud architecture and engineering experience.
• Proven leadership delivering enterprise-scale cloud platforms with AI/ML and data analytics.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services, security controls, and FedRAMP contexts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, and implementation of DHS OIG AI platform capabilities across Azure Gov/Commercial.
• Design secure connection patterns between Azure Gov and Azure Commercial environments.
• Provide technical leadership for platform architecture, data, dashboards, and AI/ML infra.
• Coordinate across AI apps, data pipelines, security, monitoring, and cloud services.
• Support FedRAMP, ATO docs, and security controls compliance.
• Produce comprehensive technical docs and architecture diagrams.
