Responsibilities

• Architect target platform and migration strategy from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
• Design patterns to untangle Java/OSGi dependency graphs and multi-module release structures.
• Define IaC blueprints and standardize container deployment across cloud/Kubernetes.
• Establish platform governance, secrets management, identity access controls, and zero-trust security.
• Design deployment patterns and automated rollback strategies for complex enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to optimize builds, caching, telemetry, and cloud costs.
