Job summary

HDR is seeking a Design Platforms Enablement Lead to drive adoption, governance, and enablement of design platforms like Bluebeam, Newforma, Trimble, and Viktor.ai. You will work across platform owners, IT, QA/QMS stakeholders, and business groups to deliver practical guidance, training, and improved user experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer-service mindset, and practical execution to maximize platform value across HDR projects and communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related technical area, or the relevant combination of education and relevant experience
Experience administering/managing technology service providers (minimum 5 years)
Proficiency in Service Provider Administrator II role
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with users and IT professionals
Ability to work with vendors to request service and resolve issues

Responsibilities

Maintain understanding of supported design platforms, ownership, user groups, licensing, access paths, and contacts
Coordinate with owners, IT, vendors, and stakeholders for platform readiness and updates
Establish governance guidance including usage expectations and escalation paths
Develop enablement plans with targeted training and communications
Create guidance, playbooks, FAQs, and adoption materials for platform use
Align workflows with QA/QC practices and project standards
Maintain a customer-focused intake, triage, and escalation model
Collaborate to resolve issues and improve user experience
Define and track adoption, maturity, and business impact
Prepare leadership reports on adoption and ROI
