Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Design Platforms Enablement Lead to drive adoption, governance, and enablement of HDR’s primary design platforms.

You will translate platform capabilities into practical guidance, reduce user friction, and collaborate across platform owners, IT, vendors, and business groups to deliver value. The ideal candidate brings strong collaboration, customer-service mindset, and execution focus.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling/supporting enterprise platforms in a delivery/engineering environment.
• Change management, adoption planning, and training development experience.
• Strong stakeholder communications and user enablement skills.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into business guidance.
• Knowledge of governance concepts (data handling, access, risk, policy).
• Experience with QA/QMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of supported design platforms, ownership, and user groups.
• Coordinate readiness with platform owners, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance guidance, usage expectations, and escalation paths.
• Develop and execute enablement plans including training and onboarding resources.
• Create playbooks, FAQs, and adoption materials for consistent use.
• Partner with QA/QMS to align workflows with project standards.
• Maintain intake, triage, and escalation model for support wants and issues.
• Collaborate across owners, IT, vendors to resolve issues and improve UX.
• Define and track adoption, maturity, platform health, and ROI metrics.
• Prepare leadership reports summarizing adoption progress and risks.
