Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
1–2 years in sales, account management, recruitment, or healthcare customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively recruits eligible blood donors for first-time platelet donations through engagement and outreach.
Visit donor centers and mobile drives to recruit donors and update leadership on progress.
Partner with Collections leadership to monitor platelet goals and coordinate strategies.
Implement donor follow-up and feedback initiatives to support retention.
Analyze data to identify recruitment opportunities and improve processes.
Support promotional initiatives with Donor Marketing to raise awareness and participation.
