Job summary

Flexcraft is actively seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our plastics manufacturing operations, focusing on blow molding and injection molding equipment. This role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

We operate 24/7 with day/night shifts; night shift carries a $3/hour differential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals; knowledge of 480V power.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly.
• Document work in CMMS (IQMS or similar).
