Job summary

Manufacturing Engineer position east of Green Bay, WI on-site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• 1+ years plastics manufacturing experience.
• Ability to manage projects through lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Optimize processes to improve uptime, quality, and cost.
• Reduce scrap, waste, downtime, and cycle times.
• Review mold/tooling designs and coordinate trials.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues on the production floor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on manufacturability of new products.
• Evaluate materials and manufacturing solutions to production objectives.
• Lead production teams on process improvements.
• Develop process specifications and work instructions.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
