Arjobex America Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator in Charlotte, NC to produce high-end plastic film in a climate-controlled facility.

You will run multiple logic-controlled machines including extrusion, coating, slitting, and sheeting, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant operator experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with standard units and measurements.

Qualifications

• Technical competence from at least 1 year operator experience in manufacturing (plastics/mill preferred).
• Ability to operate multiple logic-controlled machines in a climate controlled facility.
• Comfort with learning and applying defined operating parameters and setups.

Responsibilities

• Make high-end quality plastic film within a climate controlled facility.
• Operate multiple logic-controlled machines (Extrusion, Coater, Slitter, Sheeter, Stretcher).
• Maintain defined operating parameters and controlled setups.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform basic data entry.
