Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure that manufacturing objectives are achieved.
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the production team.
• Ensuring that all production machinery, including blow machines, are operated safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring the production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials and waste products.
• Training, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborating with other departments to address production issues and implement solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Conducting regular inspections of the production area to identify and address potential issues.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the plastics manufacturing industry.
