Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molding machines and related equipment. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, troubleshoot failures, and minimize downtime while completing accurate maintenance records.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen Bradley/Siemens), and the ability to work

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical certification, trade schooling, or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and automated equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine root causes minimizing downtime.
Complete work orders, maintenance records, and documentation accurately and timely.
