Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Tooling and repair experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with injection molding machines is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair mechanical components and replace worn parts.
• Locate root causes by listening and inspecting equipment.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts and adjust mechanisms.
• Document maintenance activities and improve plant efficiency.
