Club Car seeks a Plastics and Composite Engineer to design exterior body panels, interior, chassis/structural components, and fuel tanks, and to manage plastics manufacturing processes from concept through release.

You will interact with suppliers, develop material specs, DFMEA, DVP&R, and participate in technology roadmaps while driving cross‑functional projects to timely completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Plastics Engineering Technology or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years’ experience recommended.
• Experience with plastics design and manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Act as subject matter expert in plastics/composite design and related processes.
• Develop and maintain material and component specifications.
• Learn and contribute to DFMEA, DVP&R, and specifications.
• Use project management methodologies to achieve department goals.
• Remove roadblocks and accelerate project implementation.
• Support technology roadmaps and strategies.
• Assist in developing test criteria based on reliability.
