Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed a course in preparing the registered nurse as a first assistant in surgery.
• Must be able to differentiate colors.
• 2 years of intraoperative clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in general and specialized surgeries.
• Prepare patients for surgery and monitor patients after surgery for pain or complications.
• Act as a resource to members of the specialty team to ensure comprehensive and safe patient care.
