Forefront Dermatology in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced plastic surgery office with a Certified Surgery Center. Responsibilities span Pre-Op, OR and PACU, with duties including vital signs, IV starting, and post-operative instructions.

MD RN license and BLS/ACLS required; experience in Plastic Surgery, L&D, PACU or OR preferred. Flex scheduling with potential to transition from PRN to full-time; competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in Plastic Surgery, L&D, PACU or OR preferred.
• ICU/ER experience considered.
• Flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Op assessment and vital signs.
• IV starts and IV medication administration.
• Positioning and prepping for surgery.
• Assist surgeons and OR staff during procedures.
• Provide post-operative instructions and PACU care.
• Transport patients from OR to PACU.
• EMR and paper charting; maintain records.
• Maintain sterile technique and room readiness.
