Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Massachusetts seeks a Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery across Boston, Waltham, and Danvers. The APP will operate as first assist in the operating room and in outpatient clinics, coordinating assessments, education, and treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold MA PA/NP licensure with 3–5 years in the APP role, plus CAPRNFA or PA certification, and DEA license.

Qualifications

• Education Master's Degree Nursing or Physician Assistant required
• Experience 3-5 years in the Advanced Practice role preferred
• MA PA/NP licensure in Massachusetts
• CAPRNFA or PA certification
• Massachusetts DEA license
• ACLS certification per American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates care of plastic surgery patients at the surgical practices in Boston, Waltham, and Danvers.
• First assistant to surgeons during plastic surgery operations in the OR.
• Preoperative and postoperative patient management in collaboration with the surgeon and team.
• Order tests, consultations and procedures; document and bill for services timely.
