Qualifikationen

• Sensitive to the needs of underrepresented minority populations.
• MD licensure in good standing.
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Able to be licensed in Illinois.
• Completed Plastic Surgery residency.
• Strong teaching, research and clinical skills in congenital, hand, trauma and microsurgery.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Division of Plastic Surgery activities with the emergency services.
• Provide a point of contact between Division and outside agencies.
• Aid in supervision of ancillary personnel within the Division.
• Aid in supervision of ancillary personnel in the research laboratory.
• Participate in undergraduate curricula development in plastic surgery, trauma surgery, burn, maxillofacial trauma, and hand care.
• Participate in the plastic surgery residency training program.
• Establish continuing education programs for clinical faculty and practicing physicians.
• Maintain a plastic surgery practice to sustain clinical proficiency.
