Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Gig Harbor, WA seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP/PA) to join a busy plastic surgery practice under a Plastic Surgeon. You will care for pre- and post-operative patients across breast, body and face reconstruction and cosmetic procedures from this campus.

You will perform exams, assist with surgeries, review records, and help maintain patient care continuity and education while ensuring timely charting and adherence to policies.

Competenze

• One year ARNP or PA experience required.
• Surgical APP experience preferred.
• WA state license in good standing.
• Board certification.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.

Mansioni

• Perform physical examinations, record medical histories and diagnose under surgeon supervision.
• Assist with surgeries and inpatient rounds.
• Consult with physicians to assess patient condition and treatment.
• Complete medical charts, billing and admin duties timely.
• Ensure same-day care for acute illnesses or minor injuries.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
• Maintain ongoing professional knowledge and affiliations.
• Attend meetings and participate in committees.
