Job summary

UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join its Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs. The role offers opportunities to perform complex breast reconstruction, microsurgery, and facial trauma coverage within a Level I Trauma Center.

The team currently includes four plastic surgeons and four APPs, with a focus on patient-centered care and ongoing CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Interest in breast cancer reconstruction, facial trauma, and microsurgery.
• Ability to perform independently or assist with DIEP flap procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform implant and autologous breast reconstruction and body contouring.
• Provide facial trauma coverage and microsurgical care.
• Support Level I Trauma Center operations and breast surgery practice.
• Collaborate with a growing team of plastic surgeons and APPs.
