Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery group in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on breast cancer treatment, facial trauma call, and microsurgery, with potential involvement in hand or cosmetic surgery.

Our team operates at Memorial Central Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, supporting a busy breast surgery practice in Southern Colorado.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible/board-certified plastic surgeon with interest in treating breast cancer and facial trauma call.
• Experience with breast reconstruction and microsurgery preferred.
• Willingness to participate in DIEP flap procedures and support others in the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of reconstructive procedures, including implant and autologous breast reconstruction.
• Handle body contouring, limb reconstruction, and reconstruction after skin cancer excision.
• Share 1:4 practice call and 3–5 days of facial trauma call per month with ENT and oral surgery.
