St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon — Microsurgeon to join the CommonSpirit Cancer Center. You will lead complex breast reconstructions and microsurgical procedures within a multidisciplinary cancer care team.

You will collaborate with oncologists, breast surgeons, radiation oncology, and orthopedics, developing individualized treatment plans and contributing to quality improvement and research initiatives.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Completed Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery residency.
• Completed fellowship in microsurgery.
• Board certification or eligibility by ABPS.
• Active or eligible Colorado medical license.
• Interest in breast and complex microsurgical reconstruction.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced breast reconstruction, including DIEP flap and implant-based procedures.
• Execute complex microsurgical reconstructions and limb salvage surgeries.
• Provide high-quality aesthetic surgery services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cancer care team (oncology, breast surgery, radiation oncology, orthopedics, neurosurgery).
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and research.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to grow reconstructive practice.
