Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required to interpret labels and sheets.
• Ability to read prints and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations and monitor machine performance.
• Train new Packers and assist with paperwork.
• Maintain inventory, quality records and BOM verification.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
