Job summary

T.O. Plastics, Inc. in Clearwater, MN is hiring for a 3rd shift position (9:45pm–5:45am, Su–Th) with a $23.57–$29.33 hourly rate plus a 15% shift differential.

The role focuses on production operations, line setup, quality checks, and record keeping within a fast-paced thermoforming environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience with equipment is required.
• Trade school for plastics fabrication and light setup/maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and product specs is expected.
• Basic English reading/writing and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations and monitor machines; identify quality issues.
• Provide training to new Packers and assist with paperwork.
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple production lines; assist with set ups and roll changes.
• Complete paperwork for inventory, quality control, and roll tickets accurately.
