Job summary

T.O. Plastics, Inc. is seeking candidates for 1st shift (1:45 PM to 9:45 PM, M-F) with a second shift differential. You will perform production operations, monitor machines, and ensure quality in a fast-paced thermoforming environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read prints/BOMs. Benefits include medical, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience or familiarity with manufacturing equipment required.
• Trade/tech schooling in plastics fabrication is a plus.
• Basic reading of prints and BOMs; ability to use measuring tools.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs and ability to work with quality sheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines; maintain machine performance.
• Complete paperwork for inventory, quality control, and BOM verification.
• Set up and start lines; change rolls; basic troubleshooting of forming processes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and lockout/tagout controls.
• Maintain housekeeping and report unsafe conditions.
