Job summary

All-Plastics, LLC seeks a Production Inspector to sort, inspect, count, decorate (if required) and pack plastic parts on shift. Remove parts from molding machines, trim when needed, and perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet standards. The job requires physical work and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

You will work under Team Leads and Process Technicians, report issues promptly, and assist in secondary operations. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and wear PPE.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma.
• Basic hand and eye coordination; ability to add, subtract, and multiply.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts from molding machine, trim, and perform quality checks.
• Stack boxed parts for movement to warehouse.
• Inspect parts for acceptability per QA standards.
• Maintain a clean, neat workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Report machine or mold damage or malfunction.
• Assist with secondary operations as directed by Team Lead.
• Bring tools to work daily and wear PPE.
• Pass information to next shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
