Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for plastic products to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts,
and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to plastic molding, extrusion, or assembly processes.
- Conduct process validations, quality inspections, and root cause analysis to maintain high standards.
- Support new product launches by providing technical expertise and process documentation.
- Develops packaging for products.
- Design, build, and maintain various pieces of secondary operations equipment work Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in plastics manufacturing, including molding, extrusion, or related processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, process control, and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
