Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the plastic or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic processing techniques and materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze technical data and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee plastic manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Begins project with Estimating Launch, follows through to customer and internal approvals, which involves some amount of validation (e.g., PPAP, IQ-OQ-PQ, etc.).
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Helps in determining root cause of problems with molds; coordinates corrective and preventive actions with Process engineering.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
