Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to package, label and visually inspect products on the production line. You will support line operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes while ensuring quality and safety on a fast-paced shift.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety.
• Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods.
• Track quantity of units produced to ensure efficiency.
• Package pipe to be delivered to customers following SOPs.
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper PPE.
• Assist with line tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns and downstream equipment setup.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
• Practice continuous improvement including line and facility housekeeping.
