Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is hiring a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to package, label and visually inspect products on the production line. The role includes assisting with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes, working closely with Line Operators to meet production goals.

The position requires 40+ hours per week with weekend shifts as needed, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within ADS’s global network.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and ensure quality through final visual inspections and labeling.
• Assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes.
• Track units produced to ensure efficiency and packaging requirements.
• Package pipe per standard operating procedures and ensure safe handling.
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper PPE and facility housekeeping.
• Support line tooling changes and downstream equipment setup.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements to stay current.
• Invest in career growth through company training programs.
