Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to join our Michigan production team. You will package, label and perform final visual inspections, and assist line operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes.

The role requires safety focus, reliability and the ability to work 40+ hours, including weekends. ADS offers competitive pay and a strong benefits program, including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety.
• Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods.
• Track quantity of units produced from the production line to ensure efficiency.
• Package pipe to be delivered to customers using standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safe working environment with proper PPE usage.
• Assist with line tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns and downstream equipment setup.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
