Responsibilities

• Create start-up process and check sheet.
• Ensure initial parts meet all quality standards.
• Respond to action forms.
• Write internal work orders and ECOs.
• Change process as needed with proper documentation.
• Training on new processes.
• Back up on all floor duties.
• Process methods and quality improvements.
• Stop work when unsafe situations arise and correct.
• Stop work to improve process or quality.
• Understand company quality policy and general safety rules for all employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
