ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of our client in Rutland, VT for a molding support operator. You’ll play a hands‑on role in producing high-quality plastic components that support various industries nationwide.

The position offers a shift from 7 AM to 3 PM (with potential 4-12pm), starting pay of $18–$19 per hour. Entry-level applicants with a mechanical mindset and basic measurement skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding or extrusion preferred.
• Able to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Mechanical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection molding components with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform quality checks and deflash parts to meet specs.
