Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician in Muncy, PA. You will package, label, and perform visual quality inspections on products from your production line and assist Line Operators with start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changes.

This role requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as needed, with safety as a core value. You will contribute to meeting production goals and participate in ADS training programs to enhance skills and

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and ensure quality inspections of finished goods.
• Label all finished goods and track units produced for efficiency.
• Assist line operators with start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changes.
• Maintain safe working environment with proper PPE usage.
• Support line tooling changes and downstream equipment setup.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
• Contribute to facility housekeeping and continuous improvement.
• Take part in ADS training programs to develop job skills and earnings potential.
