Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with interest in hands-on work.
• Trade school graduate or manufacturing, machine operation, industrial maintenance, plastics, automotive, or other technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and process plastic injection molding machines.
• Assist with mold changes and production startups.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and manufacturing defects.
• Work alongside experienced Processing Technicians.
• Complete structured classroom and hands-on technical training.
• Develop expertise with ENGEL injection molding equipment.
• Help improve efficiency, quality, and production performance.
