Job summary

ENGEL Machinery Inc. in York, PA, is offering a paid Plastic Injection Molding Processing Apprenticeship. We are seeking 2 mechanically inclined individuals to join a structured program that trains you on injection molding machines, mold changes, process optimization, and robotics integration.

This paid training program is designed for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career in plastics manufacturing and injection molding processing. You'll receive hands-on training from industry experts while learning how to optimize production, troubleshoot molding processes, and operate some of the most advanced injection molding technology in the world.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll transition into a full-time Processing Technician role with excellent opportunities for career growth.
