Job summary

ENGEL Machinery Inc. in York, PA is launching a paid apprenticeship for Plastic Injection Molding Processing Apprentices.

The program trains mechanically inclined individuals to operate and troubleshoot injection molding machinery, optimize processes, and gain hands-on experience with ENGEL equipment. Upon completion, apprentices transition into a full-time Processing Technician role with solid career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work.
• Trade-school graduates or individuals with manufacturing, machine operation, industrial maintenance, plastics, automotive, or other technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and process plastic injection molding machines.
• Assist with mold changes and production startups.

• Complete structured classroom and hands-on technical training.

This paid training program is designed for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career in plastics manufacturing and injection molding processing. You'll receive hands-on training from industry experts while learning how to optimize production, troubleshoot molding processes, and operate some of the most advanced injection molding technology in the world.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll transition into a full-time Processing Technician role with excellent opportunities for career growth.
