Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and hands-on aptitude.
• Background in manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial maintenance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process plastic injection molding machines.
• Assist with mold changes and production start-ups.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and defects in production.
• Collaborate with experienced Processing Technicians.
• Complete structured classroom and hands-on training.
• Develop expertise with ENGEL injection molding equipment.
• Contribute to efficiency, quality, and production performance.
