OPTI STAFFING in Beaverton, OR is hiring for manufacturing roles with a Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and a starting pay of $19.00+ per hour DOE. This hands-on position suits candidates with experience in rubber processing, plastic injection molding, or machine operation who want to grow technical skills in a busy production environment.

You will set up and run extrusion or molding equipment, load materials, monitor cycles, inspect products, and maintain accurate production records

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience with rubber extrusion, plastic injection molding, or similar industrial processing equipment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor extrusion or molding equipment during production.
• Set up machines and assist with production changeovers as needed.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper material handling.
• Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, pressures, and production settings.
• Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and quality standards.
• Identify production issues and report equipment or material concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make adjustments within established procedures.
• Trim, finish, and package products as required.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions.
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
