Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Fab/Assembler role at our Washougal facility. You will perform fabrication tasks, operate plastic equipment, and assist in training and process improvement initiatives.

This position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant setting. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math and hand/tool skills, and the ability to lift heavy items and work extended shifts in temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Carpentry or trade apprenticeship or experience.
• Metal fabrication or welding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Abide by all safe practices and procedures.
• Independently conducts quality audits.
• Continuous involvement in fabrication/plant programs and Lean initiatives.
• Extrusion welding – all fittings through 24 inches.
• Hot plate welding – multi-miters bends and tees.
• Material handling and scrap management.
• Assist with training of Assembler position.
• Understand and practice ADS Core Values.
