Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. seeks a Plastic Fabricator to support fabrication, assembly and quality processes. You will follow safety practices, operate plastic fab equipment, and participate in lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in carpentry or trade apprenticeship preferred.
• Metal fabrication or welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Abide by all safe practices and procedures.
• Independently conducts quality audits.
• Engage in Lean initiatives and fabrication programs.
• Operate extrusion and hot plate welding for plastics as needed.
• Material handling and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with training of Assembler position and uphold ADS core values.
