Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a hands-on Production Associate to support plastic extrusion operations in a fast-paced Kentucky manufacturing environment. You will monitor equipment, record part details, and perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role involves palletizing, parts organization, and accurate data recording. This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, use of measuring tools, and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2+ years manufacturing or general production experience.
• Ability to pass basic measurement tests with 90%+ score.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production of plastic parts and maintain production schedules.
• Record order information legibly and accurately.
• Pull part tickets for current and recent runs.
• Observe machinery, report issues, and maintain flow.
• Stack, palletize, and organize parts for storage/shipment.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specs.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted multiple times per shift.
• Perform quality checks and document findings.
