Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Flexo Operator for a contract-to-hire role in Georgetown, KY. You will support injection molding operations, assist with mold changes, and maintain clean, safe presses while working the 12-hour shift. The position offers pathways into leadership and maintenance tracks.

You will engage in daily audits, tool setup, and collaboration with the technical team to uphold production standards and quality. A manufacturing background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing environments and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material, option, mold and version changes.
• Prepare and test nozzles; assemble nozzle blocks.
• Keep presses and work areas clean and safe.
• Attend safety and production meetings and communicate effectively.
• Support production, coverage during vacations, and overtime changes.
• Fill in for Relief and Production Operators as needed.
• Perform daily process checks including mold, water lines, 5S, and equipment checks.
• Assist maintenance with daily tasks and preventive maintenance on tools/equipment.
