Barnes Aerospace in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Plasma Spray Technician to support aerospace coatings operations on night shift.
Role requires 3+ years in plasma spraying, knowledge of Robotic Plasma Gun systems, ability to read blueprints, and strong math and multitasking skills.
This safety‑sensitive position requires HS diploma and compliance with FAA/DOT rules; shift training on 1st/2nd shift may be provided.
Pay rate + 17% Shift Differential
Shift: Mon - Fri 10:30pm-7:00 am
Must be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift.
