Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) to join our team in the United States. You will collect and process donor samples, record weights, label and freeze units, and prepare shipments to the testing lab in a fast-paced plasma center.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is comfortable with extreme temperatures, and can work a flexible schedule while maintaining accurate donor records and strong communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
