Grifols is seeking a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) to join our team in a plasma center. The role focuses on processing donor samples, maintaining accurate donor files, and supporting shipping and inventory control, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and computer skills and be comfortable with exposure to extreme temperatures. A High School diploma or GED is required, and candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
