Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Processor to join our Customer Service team. The role supports donor processing, packing and shipping, and maintains accurate donor files in a plasma center environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, comfort with temperature-controlled work, and a commitment to quality and patient care; training provided. Regular full-time hours in a manufacturing setting with safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
