Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) to join an international team dedicated to improving plasma-derived medicines. The role involves collecting and processing donor samples, recording weights, labeling and freezing units, and assisting with shipping and inventory in a plasma center.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and comfort with extreme temperatures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process donor samples for processing and testing.
• Record weight of product and samples.
• Label samples and freeze units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Pack units for final shipment and prepare shipping boxes for testing labs.
• Monitor stored products and report on equipment conditions.
• Maintain active communication and quality throughout the process.
