Job summary

CSL Plasma Orlando is seeking a detail-oriented Plasma Sampling Technician to ensure accurate sampling, testing, shipping and storage of donor plasma. You will work under the Assistant Center Manager and follow SOPs, maintain labeling accuracy and proper cold chain processes.

The role requires basic math, a high school diploma and at least 3 months of laboratory or warehouse experience; willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment; strong commitment to safety, HSE and OSHA

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
Ensure plasma units are stored properly according to SOPs.
Verify that pre-printed labels match dynamic labeling.
Use sterile technique and heat sealer to maintain sterility and quality of plasma samples.
Prepare shipping and disposal documentation as required.
Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report issues.
Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
Follow HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety.
