Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure the on‑time delivery and long‑term support of Plasma Power products. This onsite role focuses on improving delivery, reducing lead times, and driving continuous product lifecycle improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain activities, managing schedules and risks, and serving as the primary interface for NPD updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or NPD in engineering/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

• Support RFQs and sustaining program proposals as needed.

Compensation

The range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 to $105,000 per year.
