Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Material Handling Operator for the Plasma Logistics Center in Clayton, NC. You'll unload plasma shipments, enter receipts in the Plasma Management System, and oversee inventory flow from receipt to distribution on a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing or FDA-regulated settings; forklift experience; ability to lift 25–50 lbs; familiarity with SOPs and CGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Manufacturing or FDA-licensed settings.
• Experience with forklifts and following SOPs/desire CGMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Unload plasma shipments and sort plasma types.
• Enter receipts into the Plasma Management System (SGP).
• Inspect equipment for damage and assess suitability for production.
• Use RFT to monitor inventory movements in warehouses.
• Locate plasma from freezer work orders for processing.
• Remove unsuitable plasma units from production units.
• Assist Classification by handling rejected plasma.
• Maintain CGMP compliance and ensure cleanliness.
• Work overtime as needed.
