Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Classification Certified Inspector in Clayton, NC for 1st shift (5:00am–1:30pm). You will scan plasma units, perform visual inspection, and ensure units meet quality standards using the Plasma Management System.

Responsibilities include PU/LOT scanning, end-of-PU clearances, recordkeeping, and adherence to SOPs in a GMP environment. Must follow procedures and safety guidelines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Manufacturing or FDA-regulated industry preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan plasma units and archive samples using barcode readers.
• Transfer units between PU/LOT to a PU.
• Perform end-of-PU line clearances and dispositions.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
• Follow written procedures and safety practices.
